Printing - Duplex And Multiple PowerPoint Slides On A Page

There are two ways in PowerPoint through which you can save printing lots of pages.
The first way to print (steps 1 - 4), is to do duplex printing.
Another way to save some paper is to print more slides on one page (steps 1 and 5).

PowerPoint slides sometimes tie up the printers and take a long time to print.

  1. Go to File, Print (or press Ctrl + P)

  2. Click on properties

  3. Choose Flip on Long Edge

  4. If you want to save more paper you can choose more pages per sheet

  5. Another way to print on less number of pages is to choose handouts instead of slides and have choose to have a certain number of slides per page
